I am humbled to share my success experience with PHATT....I was introduced to this program around Christmas 2016. Like most of us, SCEPTICAL  as usual about another weigh loss program. (I have tried so many diets, spent thousands of $$$ on gym memberships (but failed). I started PHATT half heartedly thinking if my friend could do it so can I. Until about Jun - July 2016, that was when I set myself a goal to knuckle down and complete a 30 day program by September prompt by a couple of  special events I had to attend...Well I did it!
I surprised myself, my family & friends.....in a matter of months I dropped 22kilos and became a believer.  I feel like I have regained my life back in so many ways....through the years in the last decade or so I realised how I had lost myself through lifes day to day busy schedule....until PHATT came into my life. I no longer feel aches and pains regularly, I'm having the best night sleep in such a long time, I hardly visit my GP.. "I've had no need to" & have chosen to stop all my heart tablets & I feel great. Oh! I must mention that the positive, mental and/or physiological affect I gained, being at peace, calm and more easy with myself and everyone around me.......I am so in love with the new me.

The Three Step Process

STEP 1

THE FIRST THREE DAYS

This is where you get off the blood sugar roller coaster and get your appetite under control and you start to burn fat.  During these three days you will begin your nutritional support, and quickly become a fat burning body rather than a fat storage body. Typically after the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilise, you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fat stores for energy.

STEP 2

FAT LOSS & DETOX

This is when your body will start to change as a result of burning fat, controlling your food craving and stabilising blood sugar levels and most importantly HORMONES. With food cravings gone and fat burning increased, you will feel greater mental clarity and enjoy the increase in energy. The nutritional support for body and hormonal balance is vitally important. Step 2 is the weight loss stage, but is also vital to improve digestion, heal your gut, and get rid of inflammation in the body. This step lifts a low metabolism, improves the function of phase 1 & 2 of the liver and improves bowel function.  This stage is the weight loss but it is also the healing stage, hence mono eating...One protein and one vegetable. The more different foods you put on your plate the more your digestion has to overwork. We need to improve the digestion to absorb nutrients from your food. Step 2 typically lasts 27 days during which time you will likely lose 10-15Kgs. However there is the option to extend this phase to 37 days for increased weight loss.

STEP 3

MAINTENANCE

The Maintenance phase is designed to keep you at your current weight and to keep your hormones in balance - particularly your insulin levels (Insulin is the hormone responsible for the uptake of fat in cells). This phase will normally last 14-21 days... but is designed to teach you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle!
